At Prestige Paris , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under certain conditions detailed below.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return the item(s) in question. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must:

  • Be in its original condition, without having been worn or damaged.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, certificates of authenticity and the delivery slip.
  • Not to have been personalized, engraved or modified upon request.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@prestigeparis.fr , stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. After validation of your request, we will provide you with a return authorization as well as detailed instructions for returning it.
  3. Carefully pack the jewelry in its original packaging and include all required documents.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable delivery service to the address provided.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of error on our part or defective product. We recommend insuring the package, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transport.

5. Return Processing

Once your package is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your banking institution.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items on sale or on promotion.
  • Personalized or engraved jewelry according to your specifications.
